Mike is a life long entrepreneur, having owned and operated businesses in numerous industries. Most notably, Mike owned and operated American Mattress Centers, a chain of over 100 mattress stores located in Wal-Marts across the country. Amercian Mattress Centers was sold to Sealy, Inc. in 2003.
Mike's passion for creating new concepts is only exceeded by his commitment and drive to take each business to the highest level possible. "Second best" is simply not an option to Mike.

Per’s experience is a unique blend of marketing and education. He worked for Skybox International, ran a small jewelry company, and was president and founder of Federal Card Company—creator of Wanted By FBI trading cards—designed to help catch the bad guys. He has also taught art and art history at the middle and high school levels. He first started working with Mike in 2005, he assumed his role as Director of Franchising in 2010. Nancy grew up in Brick, NJ and has years of experience in sales and marketing as well as many years of experience putting up with Mike...that alone qualifies her for almost any position in any company. Stephen Clossick

Stephen has been in Chapel Hill, NC since high school and has worked with Mike at his chain of mattress stores. He has also been the administrator for a local angel investment group. Stephen is married with 2 children and is living proof that there is an element of luck in poker!
